The Accounting Services Department is responsible for the University's financial reporting, oversight of journal entries,Grant and Contract awarded funds, general ledger account and cost center creation, and reconciliation of University bank accounts. We also provide several areas of SAP departmental systems training.

Important Dates
Fiscal Year End is June 30th
All department Entries and Feeds are needed on the last working day of the month by noon.
All UC and Cash Sales are needed by noon on the first working day of the next month.
System will be available to run reports at 5:00 PM on the third working day of the next month.
