Interests/Areas of Expertise: Through the Center for Applied Research and Rural Studies (CARRS), I have used a variety of research methodologies to address client needs.  A number of projects have fielded surveys to gather information on community needs, satisfaction with services, program effectiveness, and respondent behavior and preferences. Survey methodology has included mail and web questionnaires, as well as telephone surveys using Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing techniques. I also have considerable experience in conducting focus groups for clients or can train clients' staff to be focus group moderators themselves.

Student Involvement: I am interested in projects for undergraduate and graduate students.

Availability: I would like at least four months notification for scheduling purposes. I am available all year.
