Academic Systems Program Team

Charge

The Academic Systems Program Team is responsible for building plans, recommending and articulating priorities and overseeing development surrounding the Student Lifecycle Management (SLCM) module of CMU's SAP ERP. During the discovery phase of any project under its direct purview, this team will review the project concept and assign a sponsor to assume decision-making authority for the team.
