Information Security Advisory Team (ISAT)
Charge
The Information Security Advisory Team (ISAT) regularly reviews any data and systems security-related incidents, threats, trends, and/or recommendations escalated by the Security Incident Response Team (SIRT) and builds plans to address these that are integrated with CMU's audit, personnel, and legal processes. ISAT will work with SIRT and appropriate university offices to implement these plans and, through the CIO, will report any compliance-related issues to the Compliance Executive Team.
