SAP Executive Team
Charge
The SAP Executive Team is charged with global oversight of the administrative systems environment at CMU. In addition to resolving any resource issues emerging from its affiliated program teams, it will also be responsible for building plans, recommending and articulating priorities, and overseeing development across CMU's administrative systems. During the discovery phase of any project under its direct purview, this team will review the project concept and assign a sponsor to assume decision-making authority for the team
