About us
Security at Central Michigan University is administered by the Security Incident Response Team (SIRT). SIRT is a cross-departmental team that reports to the Executive-level Information Security Advisory Team (ISAT). SIRT is tasked with both the development of a University-side security strategy, and responding to incidents within the CMU customer community. To accomplish these divergent missions, SIRT is composed of both a steering committee and a response team.
