Immigration Advising and Other Issues

 

 

In addition to navigating the complexity of a new and sometimes unfamiliar educational system, international students must also learn and abide by immigrational rules and regulations specific to their current status. It is important for students to maintain their status throughout their studies here in the US.

While maintaining status is the student's responsibility, the OIA advising staff are here to support them, provide information on the rules and regulations and to answer their questions. As these immigration rules and regulations are subject to change, OIA advisors are available to answer specific questions.
