  • ANNUAL PARKING PERMIT FEES

Commuter lots for students living off campus $175.00
Residence hall lots $150.00
Family housing: Kewadin, Northwest or Washington Apts. $150.00
Northwest with commuter lots or Kewadin with commuter lots $175.00

*Parking fees are subject to change with Board of Trustees approval. Except for parking at Washington Apartments and in Lot #41, students who park their vehicles after 4:00 p.m. or on Saturdays for classes do NOT have to purchase a parking permit.

Old Permit Removal - Please be sure to remove all old parking permits from your vehicle. Failure to do so is a violation of CMU Ordinance and may be considered a violation of State law.
