The Student Service Court Staff want you to be aware of the services available to students by our office. We like to call ourselves a "One Stop Shop" as we provide advising for Student Account Services and Univeristy Billing, the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid, and the Registrar's Office in a single location. Conveniently located on the lower level of the Bovee University Center on campus, walk in services available include:

If you are unable to visit the Student Service Court, the following services (among others) are available online through the CMU Student Portal:

** Please note that the credit card payments for student accounts must be paid online through the QuikPAY Billing System. You also have the option to pay online with an electronic transfer from a checking or savings account. Information on how to access and pay your bill online is available at the Student Account Services and University Billing website. Kiosks are available in the Student Service Court to access the QuikPAY billing system.

Students must select either Direct Deposit or the CMU Money Card for their student account refunds. We highly encourage students to choose Direct Deposit as we believe this is the quickest and easiest option for getting your refund sent directly to your personal checking or savings account. If you have not made or would like to change your refund choice, please login to the CMU Student Portal and make your selection.  Just click on Finances, then Refund Payment Option.
