Prior to Departure

If you must withdraw from your study abroad program, please submit a Withdrawal Form to the Study Abroad Programs office (phone calls and emails alone are not acceptable). To obtain the Withdrawal Form, please contact the Study Abroad Programs office or your study abroad advisor.  Students participating in a faculty-led program must also complete this form, even if they have informed their faculty leader of their withdrawal.  Please be aware that penalty fees may be assessed for withdrawal.

After Arrival

If you decide to withdraw from your study abroad program after the official start date, you need to contact both your site director and the Study Abroad Programs office immediately. Please be aware that you will likely forfeit all program fees AND may be required to immediately pay back all scholarships, grants and loans that you received.
