If you have questions regarding your student account, please contact the Student Account Services and University Billing Office at (888) 610-4991 or recacct@cmich.edu. Please include the student's name and campus ID number in all correspondence. A complete listing of our staff is also available by following the links below for specific questions. We look forward to assisting you!
Reminder: Parents or others who are not authorized to access student account information may not receive answers to questions pertaining to the student account. If you are currently not authorized to access account information, the student must either set up you up, through the CMU Portal, as an Authorized Payer in the QuikPAY billing and payment system or complete an Authorization to Release Information Form and submit it to our office.
