How I Ended Up At CMU: I came to CMU for the great Communication Disorders program. The first time I visited CMU my senior year of high school I fell in love with the great campus atmosphere.
Favorite Professor And Why: Dr. Roger Vanltorn is a great professor. He gives you the guidance you need to complete an assignment but allows you to receive hands on experience.
Favorite Thing To Do On Campus: I love to get involved with the
volunteer opportunities that CMU offers.
Giving back to the community has been a great experience for me.
Scholarship Experience (how it impacted you);My scholarships have allowed me to continue my higher education and get involved in valuable extracurricular opportunities that I would not have been able to participate in.
Career Ambitions: I am striving to be a Speech Language Pathologist in K-12 and potentially obtaining a doctorate, which will allow me to become a university instructor.
Why I Believe Giving Back Is Important: Giving back to CMU is very important because it allows for the continuation of excellent education by supporting unique programs and student scholarships.
