Graduate Housing Project
Project Overview
This project will include construction of two three story masonry buildings (west and east) for graduate housing. Each building will contain one, two, and four bedroom apartments with bathroom, full kitchen and in-suite laundry, common spaces for meeting rooms, and lounge/lobby spaces. A basement for primary electrical, heating, and cooling equipment will be located in the west building. Site improvements will include: new parking lot, lighting, and landscaping.
This project is targeting certification under LEED-NC (New Construction).
