CMU School of Music ensembles perform both on and off campus, in-state, and nationally. Music students perform with Michigan based orchestras, and have appeared at Carnegie Hall, the Detroit/Montreux Jazz Festival, and the Notre Dame Jazz Festival. International tours have included Italy, the Czech Republic, China, and South America.
School of Music ensembles are open to all university students by audition.
