The Department of Educational Leadership offers a full range of graduate programs to prepare individuals for effective performance in roles as educational leaders in schools, communities, and institutions of higher education. Most students in these programs also hold full-time responsibilities. To accommodate adult learners' schedules, the faculty offer evening and weekend classes. Students develop on a continuum from scholar-practitioner to practitioner-scholar. Programs, scholarship and service, infused with humanism and diversity, are based upon theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
