Graduation requirements are monitored by Undergraduate Academic Services. Any degree, B.S. in Ed. or B. Mus Ed., questions should be directed to Undergraduate Academic Services, 989-774-3504, in 123 Warriner Hall.

Graduates are expected to monitor their own certification status.  This can be done by reviewing the Student Information Sheet.  Any certification question should be directed to Sarah Venman, 989-774-3672, in EHS 421. 

To be recommended to the Michigan Department of Education for certification along with graduation, all items on the Provisional Teaching Certification Checklist must be completed. It is recommended that you review this checklist at the start of (before) the semester prior to graduation. Graduates who have not completed the requirements for certification upon graduation will not be recommended for certification and will graduate "Degree Only". ​
