Welcome to the Education & Human Services Residential College!
Heading to college is an
exciting time filled with new friends, new experiences, and greater
responsibilities. The challenge is to make the right choices for your personal,
academic, and professional success during a crucial period of transition from
high school to college life.
The Education and Human
Services Residential College (EHSRC) offers a supportive, friendly
environment, coupled with carefully chosen requirements to help freshmen and
transfer students make a smooth transition to Central Michigan University.
Established in 2005, the EHSRC is a community that allows
pre-professional students pursuing a future in an education or human service
profession the opportunity to live and learn
with fellow students and faculty members. The residential college is one of the
ways the College of Education and Human Services has made the commitment to
providing the highest quality educational experiences to develop effective professionals, critical thinkers, and
lifelong learners.
