Tom has served as executive director of Catholic Family Services for 17 yrs. Tom has over 35 yrs of experience in the field of social work in addition to his teaching at CMU, Saginaw Valley and Delta College, in their sociology, psychology, and social work departments.

Tom is a licensed Social Worker in the State of Michigan.
Tom is currently involved with Catholic Charities of Michigan, the Michigan Catholic Conference Social Policy Committee, the National Association of Church Personnel Administrators, and the Saginaw, Midland and Bay County United Way Emergency Food and Shelter Programs.
