Program Overview
Although open to all, the Leadership Excellence II Advanced Electives are specifically designed with the Leadership Excellence (LE) graduates in mind. Unlike the original 8-week series, these offerings can be taken individually on an as needed basis. Our first offering under the LE II banner was the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People (summer of 2007). Four new electives were added in 2008 - 09. These were created in response to a needs assessment survey of LE graduates conducted in May of 2008.
