​At year end departmental open commitments for General Fund & Global Campus were rolled from fiscal year 2012 to fiscal year 2013.  Open commitments can be defined as unreceived purchase orders.  This carryforward process took place the night of June 30.  Because we cannot look at commitments based on an "as of date," the following Open commitment Reports as of June 30, 2012 have been provided.
