Executive Administrative Assistant, Budget/Administration
Provides administrative
support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and
efficient manner for all of University Recreation and Events & Conferences
for all day-to-day operations. Processes all necessary paperwork to hire
Graduate Assistants and responsible for daily cash reconciliation for all areas
of University Recreation, Credit Card Reconciliations, Purchase Orders, Journal
Transfers, Faculty/Staff/Student account charges, and billing of internal and
external groups for use of the facilities for UREC. Assists AVP &
Business Manager with budget development for all University Recreation,
Events and Conference areas.
