The Student Ombuds Officer works to resolve issues between students and University offices, departments or individuals. Students with concerns that they have not been able to resolve through normal procedures are encouraged to contact this office. When investigating your complaint, it will be necessary for the Student Ombuds Officer to discuss your concern with appropriate University officials.
