David Creech has been with the Institute Heath and Business Insight as an Associate Research Analyst for over 9 months. In that time he has used time series and data mining techniques for projects for healthcare, manufacturing, and chemical companies.
David’s responsibilities and involvement in these projects have included: acquiring data and initial data visualization, data preprocessing using SAS Enterprise Guide, data modeling using SAS Enterprise Miner and SAS Forecast Studio, and data post processing and knowledge discovery.
David’s prior programming and modeling experience with SQL, Python, and R has prepared him for the various roles and responsibilities required of him.
David received his BS from Central Michigan University after completing three majors, Mathematics, Statistics, and Geography with a concentration in Geographic Information Sciences.
