Biographical Sketch:He holds a PhD in anatomy from Vanderbilt University, and Doctor of Medicine from the Uniformed Services University. Dr. Deaton trained in Family Medicine at Tripler Army Medical Center, Honolulu, HI. He served in a variety of positions over 32 years, including –
