Meet Ruth Propst

Ruth serves as a volunteer and student mentor for the GEAR UP/College Day program. She is a graduate of Flint Northern High School where she first became involved in the GEAR UP/College Day Program. Ruth was one of the first students to receive the GEAR UP scholarship back in 2007 to help fund her undergraduate education. Ruth is currently a senior at Central Michigan University double-majoring in psychology and family studies. Ruth will graduate in May 2011 and plans to attend graduate school to obtain a master's degree in social work.
