Intramural Sports Official
Responsible for maintaining a safe and pleasant playing environment for all participants by enforcing the established rules and regulations for each particular sport.
Optional IM Round Up meetings for potential officials offering information about the program and it's opportunities. These meetings are on Monday and Tuesday August 27 and 28 at 6:30pm in the NIRSA Room in the Student Activity Center, Monday August 27 at 8:00pm in Herrig 2, and Tuesday August 28 at 8:00pm in Kulhavi Room 146.
Potential Officials must attend one of the following administrative testings. The dates are Wednesday August 29 from 7:30pm-10:00pm or Friday August 31 from 12:00pm-2:00pm in the NIRSA Room in the Student Activity Center. The information being tested can be found on www.imleagues.com/cmich. All interested officials will be tested on the IM Handbook and will take the test corresponding with the sports they are interested in officiating. The sports available include softball, flag football, outdoor soccer, basketball, volleyball, and floor hockey.
