Major Duties: Enforce policies, procedures and regulations to prevent accidents and hazardous situations;: monitor the activity levels of members and guests; handle emergency situations quickly by using proper techniques; responsible for opening and closing procedures for locker room; check chemical balances in both pool and spa; perform light pool cleaning /maintenance; other duties that are assigned.

Qualifications
CMU student (undergraduate or graduate), who is a current certified as Lifeguard and enjoys working in an indoor aquatics environment.

Certifications Requirement
Lifeguard Training, Professional Rescuer CPR, AED, Standard First Aid, and American Red Cross, Blood Borne Pathogen and Right to Know training. Must be obtained once position has been offered and accepted.
