Residence Life Fitness/Wellness offers a variety of fitness and wellness programs to meet the needs of our residents. Stop by the Towers or East Area Fitness Centers to enjoy a wide variety of strength training machines and cardiovascular equipment.

All classes are FREE and require NO pre-registration! Available for all student living in Residence Halls. Participants will be allowed to enter up to 10 minutes after start time. Participants must sign-in on the provided sheet upon arrival.
