Lost Cards

If your Campus ID is lost or stolen, report it to the Campus ID office immediately!

Lost or stolen cards can also be reported in person at the Campus ID office or by phone at 989-774-3484 during regular business hours. When calling after regular business hours, please leave a message including your name, Campus ID number and telephone number. The Campus ID Office will suspend your card, preventing other from using it. All card functions, including FLEX dollar and Campus Cash accounts are frozen until you receive a temporary or replacement card. A lost card also needs to be reported to Independent Bank if you have an account with them.

Replacement Fees:

Initial Card: Free

Temporary Card: $2

Replacement Card: $20

A temporary card, which may be used for three days, is available from the Campus ID Office for a $2 fee. When obtaining a temporary card you must also present photo identification. The temporary card must be returned to the Campus ID office in order to reinstate your Campus ID.

If you are unable to find your card, a replacement card may be purchased for $20. All privileges and accounts automatically transfer to the new card and the old card will no longer work.  Replacement fees are not refunded when an old card is found. Once a replacement card is issued, old cards can no longer be re-activated.

Misuse of your Campus ID

The Campus ID Card is yours alone to use, so do not lend it to anyone else! If you do, and the card is taken away from that person, you will be required to pay a $25 misuse fee before the card will be returned to you.
