UC Renovation Project
Project Overview
Overall project objective is to increase student use of the Bovee University Center by increasing the amount, variety, and quality of dedicated student space.
Project scope was developed through survey and interviews of students, faculty, and staff.
The project is targeting certification under LEED – Commercial Interiors.
Total Project Budget: $5,000,000.00

Project Status
Phase 1 new work is nearing completion on third and second floor areas.
Phase 2 demolition work continues in the lower level east floor areas.
Phase 2 architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing work is underway.
Phase 2 furniture has been procured.
Upcoming Milestones
Phase 2 lower level east and north to be completed July 2011.
