This project will provide renovated open office, conference and classroom space to house departments that provide support services to the students of CMU.
The project is targeting certification under LEED – Commercial Interiors.

Construction started June 1, 2010.
Elevator decommissioning work is complete.
Domestic water environmental removal work is complete.
Domestic water system replacement work is complete.
Mechanical demolition system removal work is complete.
Masonry restoration work is complete.
Architectural, mechanical and electrical interior build-out is complete.
Campus utility exterior tie-in work is completed.
Campus utility interior tie-in work is completed.
Building commissioning work is completed.
Architectural, mechanical and electrical punch list work is in progress.
