FaCIT :: Classroom Response System (“Clickers”) :: Software

Clicker Home Page

All creation and presentation software is offered free of charge and can be downloaded and installed onto as many machines as necessary. FaCIT supports both the Turning Technologies TurningPoint and TurningPoint AnyWhere software packages. If you are updating from a previous version of the software, we recommend that you uninstall that version before downloading and installing a new version. If you run into any problems with downloading or installing, feel free to contact Brian Roberts or call the company tech support at 866.746.3015.

--> Special Note :: Due to the timing of the latest releases of TurningPoint, TurningPoint Anywhere, and the related Blackboard integration component in the Fall of 2012, the support staff made the decision to NOT upgrade due to lack of time to prepare support documents prior to the start of the semester. As such, we are continuing to use the legacy versions of the software through Spring semester of 2013. Throughout the Summer months, we will be working on updated training and support documents with intent to transition to the latest versions by Fall semester of 2013. Users can use the link provided below to download the correct installation files for the currently supported versions of the software from the Information Technology Help Desk web site. If prompted to update or upgrade to a version newer than what you downloads from the Help Desk web site, simply decline to do so.
