Every year, members of the National Broadcasting Society attend a National Convention, which is held at different locations. At this event, attendees are able to take tours of stations, meet with professionals in the industry and attend seminars where they can learn more about the industry and about building their resume. In the past, these conventions have been very beneficial and many members have been able to gain internships out of it. It has also served as a great bonding experience.
