Technology equipment is available for rent for students and faculty. Some equipment is only available for faculty/staff. Equipment rentals are for EHS Students, Staff, and Faculty only.

Note: ALL EQUIPMENT IS DUE BACK WITHIN 48 HOURS, FRIDAY RENTALS ARE DUE BACK TUESDAY AT 5 PM. RENTALS ARE ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS. Faculty and Staff that require longer than a 48 Hour period for equipment will need to show department administration approval via an email to Deb Vanliew.

Equipment available to EHS Students, Staff, and Faculty:

• - Canon Hand-Held HD Video Camera (Mini Tape for Video Recording not provided by EHS Tech Ops) (Mini-SD Card Slot Available for 3.2 MP Photography, SD Card not provided by EHS Tech Ops)
  
• - JVC/Canon Full-Size Video Camera (Mini Tape for Video Recording not provided by EHS Tech Ops)
• - Tripods for Video Cameras
• - Audio Cassette Tape Recorder (Cassette Tape not provided by EHS Tech Ops)
• - 1.3 MP Digital Camera

Equipment available to EHS Staff and Faculty:

• - Epson Mobile Projectors
• - Laptop Cart - a rentable cart with twenty eight 13" Macbook Pros running Mac OS 10.5 Leopard
• - Sony Vaio, HP Elitebook, and MacBook Pro laptops are available for rent [Vaio is running Win XP, HP Elitebook is running Win 7, and MacBook Pro is a dual-booting laptop with Mac OS 10.6 Snow Leopard and Win XP]
  
• - 1 HP and 1 Dell Netbook available for rent (running Windows XP)
• - Verizon Wireless 3G Data Aircard (5 GB transfer limit per month, EHS has the right to charge dept for any data overages occured while renting aircard)
• - ClearMax Wireless Conference Phones (analog phone line required, conference speakerphone must be within 100 ft of base with minimal walls/interference, if walls are an issue, the phone must be closer to the base)
• - D-Link USB Wi-Fi Card for laptops or desktops
