After participating in the monitored enrollment process and being accepted into HDF 402 or 409, students must complete an online orientation (follow the link provided on this page) in order to be able to sign their bump card for the class.  A printed and signed copy of the CDLL Policy on Abuse and Neglect must also be turned in when you sign your bump card.  For reference purposes, a copy of the online orientation information is provided below.  You should review this several times prior to the semester beginning in order to ensure that you have completed all of the required paperwork.  A copy of the Medical Clearance that must be signed by your physician is also provided.
