Applications are accepted starting October 1st of the year before your child is eligible to enroll. Children are eligible when their third birthday is before September 1st and their 4th birthday is before October 1st. The birthdate has changed in preperation for the new Michigan kindergarten requirements taking effect. Please click on of the following application to apply to the CDLL.
