Now that you are a CMU graduate, there are many ways to stay connected with your alma mater. It can be as easy as joining the Alumni Association and keeping your information current with CMU. Of course, you can always come back for Homecoming! If you remain a Michigan resident, you can also show your support by placing a CMU Chippewa license plate on your automobile.
Central Michigan University has many alumni chapters and clubs located throughout Michigan, the United States, and several countries as well. Try to stay in touch with other CMU alumni. The extended CMU family can be a great resource and professional networking tool. Visit CMU's Alumni Relations' website at www.cmualum.com.
We also encourage alumni to maintain lasting relationships with departments. Many graduates enjoy attending education fairs, career expos, professional conferences, seminars, and other events on behalf of CMU. Ask your department to keep you updated on events in your area and let them know that you would like to help. Our alumni are our best ambassadors. You are a part of CMU's extended family and we hope you'll keep us in mind as you advance in your career.
