If you are a resident alien or a U.S. citizen AND received your degree from a non-English speaking country, you must complete the College of Graduate Studies domestic application, including the program's applicatoin forms (below).  Do not apply using the CSDCAS application service.

The AuD Application for Admission and the Recommendation Forms are Word documents created in "form" format, and can be completed on your computer.  The AuD Major Grade Worksheet is an Excel document and MUST be downloaded and completed on your computer, as it will automatically calculate your "major" GPA.  Only include those courses that were required for your major.
