The OIT Help Desk
is CMU's front line for technology support to the on and off-campus students, faculty, and staff University wide, 7 days a week. Whenever you have a computer or telecommunications related problem, you can ask Help Desk.
Your CMU Global ID allows you to access services such as Central Link, CMU Email, and wireless Internet access.
My Account (within Central Link)
Central Link is an internal portal or intranet that allows CMU students, faculty and staff quicker access to the type of information that relates directly to their needs. It is the cyber point of entry to information and online services at CMU. Whether it is campus events, news releases, links to favorite websites or student account and billing or course registration, it is all in Central Link, and more features and customization options are being added all the time!
