Rachael has held her current position is a Student Research Associate for a year and a half; working full time during the summers and part time while classes are in session. As an IHBI team member, Rachael assists in exploratory data analysis, data presentation, and model review.

She is currently in her 5^th year as an undergrad working towards earning a BS in Actuarial Science, as well as a BS in Business Administration in Accounting. Expected graduation is May 2013. Her first four years at Central Michigan University were spent as a Division I student-athlete competing on the Varsity Softball team. She has also spent 2 years working as a tutor for numerous subjects in the Dick Enberg Academic Center.

Upon graduation, her goal is to work for a company where she can utilize her diverse skill set in financial accounting and data analytics by making real world business decisions with efficient use of external and company data.​
