Amy is our 2012-2013 Graduate Assistant Instructor. She is currently in her second year in the MATESOL program at CMU.

She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Castleton State College in Castleton, VT.  After 3 years teaching high school Spanish at a private boarding school in Vermont she began working with the Vermont Migrant Education Program, teaching ESL to young adult migrant workers. Upon moving to Michigan she worked as a K-12 ESL teacher for the Mid-Michigan Migrant and ELL Program.

Amy is an advocate for multilingualism. She loves traveling and sharing life with her 9 yr. old daughter.
