These forms are .pdf files that are fillable. You can open the forms in Adobe Reader or Preview, but you will not be able to save the files once the form is completed in Adobe Reader. You will be able to save it in Preview or Adobe Acrobat.
Once you have completed the application form, print it and sign it. Fill out the top portion of the recommendation form, print it, and give it to your recommenders. Letters of recommendation can be sent directly to the BUMP office or given back to you in a sealed envelope with a signature on the seal.
