Nomination Forms

This award is presented to a graduate in recognition of his/her continued contribution of time, talent or financial resources to help advance and bring positive recognition to Central Michigan University.

Criteria:
 
  1. Contributed financial resources. Example: membership in University giving levels; participation in fundraising activities; donations for buildings and equipment or the establishment of endowments or scholarships. (Worth up to 50 points)
  2. Contributed professional expertise. Defined as working with administration, departments, or students to provide insight on various issues. (Worth up to 25 points)
  3. Provided volunteer services to the University. (Worth up to 25 points)
