Nomination Forms

This award is presented to an individual who is not a Central Michigan University graduate but is as enthusiastic as alumni for giving of their time and talents.

Criteria:
 
  1. Contributed financial resources. Example: membership in University giving levels; participation in fundraising activities; donations for buildings and equipment or the establishment of endowments or scholarships. (Worth up to 50 points)
  2. Contributed professional expertise. Defined as working with administration, departments, or students to provide insight on various issues. (Worth up to 25 points)
  3. Provided volunteer services to the University. (Worth up to 25 points)
