Page 31, Additional Fees
For the Fall and Spring terms, all students will be assessed a $75 per semester library fee, and a campus improvement fee of $37.50 per semester.  Students enrolled in seven or more credit hours will be assessed a $25 per semester campus programming fee.

Page 66, Master of Business Administration - Admission Requirements (second paragraph)
To be admitted, students must have at least 1,050 points based on the formula:  200 times the undergraduate GPA plus a minimum GMAT score of 450.

Page 109, DHA 728
Prerequisite should state:
Admission to the Doctor of Health Administration Program; Corequisite:  DHA 726.
