International - Application Instructions/Forms

All international students must complete the online College of Graduate Studies international application, including the program's application forms (below).  Do not apply using the PTCAS application service.  If you are a resident alien or U.S. citizen and received your bachelor degree from a non-English speaking country, you must complete the College of Graduate Studies domestic application, including the program's application forms (below).  Do not apply using the PTCAS application service.

The Application for Admissions and Recommendation Forms are Word documents created in "form" format for completing on your computer.  The Prerequisite Grade Worksheet is an Excel spreadsheet and MUST be downloaded and completed on your computer as it will automatically calculate your prerequisite GPA.  Include ONLY the courses that we require as prerequisites - click on prerequisite course listing.
