Great Falls is nestled in and around the grandest natural creation the Rocky Mountains with the Missouri River running through the middle of the community. Great Falls is also the home of a Pioneer League baseball team; Rocky Mountain Football League Team (semi-pro); University of Great Falls Athletics; and of course rodeos.
Great Falls has so many places to visit on your free time from the Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail Interpretive Center to some of the best fly-fishing in North America, plus whitewater rafting and historic canoe floats on the Missouri River. · Hospitals (total of 516 beds) are the largest in the state and Benefis Health System is the largest non-government employer in the state.
· Currently undergoing growth.
· Benefis Health System is a non-profit facility that is financially stable.
· Low turnover amongst staff overall
· Using paper charting in some areas but hospital is moving towards full automation.
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS
· Graduate from an accredited school of physical therapy.
· Good relationship between the physical therapist, physicians and nurses
· Therapist are expected to use ALL skill sets that they were trained in school
· Willing to train on anything for the right candidate
· This could lead to a leadership position in the future since there is growth.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
· $30.00-$38.68 per hour (THIS POSITION IS NOT EXEMPT FROM OVERTIME PAY)
· Overtime – Plenty available if you want but not guanteed
· Vacation – PTO
· Sign on bonus- $10,000
· Relocation- Up to $3,500
· Loan Repayment - $12,500
