How to Apply
The Health Professions Residential College seeks students who have demonstrated a commitment to their education by achieving a minimum 3.0 GPA in high school and a score of at least 21 points on their ACT exam. Students who have participated in community service and leadership roles during high school are preferred.
For the 2012-2013 Academic Year:
- All interested students must complete an online Housing Application through the Office of Residence Life (www.housing.cmich.edu) and indicate their interest in the Health Professions Residential College in Emmons Hall under "Housing Preferences." (More information will be provided following your acceptance to Central Michigan University.)
- IMPORTANT! A separate and additional application is required for all students wishing to be considered for this living-learning community in Emmons Hall. This additional online application specifically for housing in the HPRC for the 2012-2013 academic year is available. Click here to fill out the online application.
Keep in mind...
- Students are encouraged to apply early. Students are accepted on a "rolling" basis.
- The CMU Housing Application must be completed before a student can be accepted into the HPRC.
