RESIDENCE HALLS
While attending The Academy, participants will have the opportunity to live in Central Michigan University's modern residence hall facilities.  Each student will share a bedroom with one other Leadership is Central participant.  Two bedrooms are joined by a living room and private bathroom to make up a residence hall suite.

RESIDENTIAL RESTAURANTS

Academy participants will dine in one of CMU's newly renovated residential restaurants.  Special events are held often, creating specialty menus, interesting decor, and lots of fun. In the residential restaurant a wide variety of food is served with an "all you care to eat" philosophy.  Each meal has options for every palate, from healthy options like a salad or sandwich, main entrees prepared fresh daily, or old favorites such as pizza or hotdogs.

CHALLENGE FACILITIES
Central Michigan University affords students ample opportunities to develop their leadership skills in a safe and challenging environment.  Leadership is Central participants will construct cardboard boats to race in the Rose Ponds, utilize the 12-foot initiative wall, and during the evening recreational period have the opportunity to take on the challenge of the 32-foot indoor rock wall or high ropes course.
