Applications for the
2008-2009 Leader Advancement Scholarship Competition will be available
in September 2008.
To request an application via the U.S. Postal Service, write to Leader
Advancement Scholarship, c/o Central Michigan University Leadership
Institute, Powers Hall 130, Mount Pleasant, MI 48859, or email your name
and address to cmulead@cmich.edu.
To be considered for a 2009 Leader Advancement Scholarship your
application must be postmarked by January 31, 2009.
To apply online, download the
PDF Application
(requires Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0).
 Save the application to your
computer, then open the application. If you are experiencing
difficultly opening the file or using the fillable fields, you may
need to update to a more recent version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. The
software is available as a free download at
www.adobe.com.
Read the directions on the
first page completely before you begin.
To submit your application,
select "Save As" from the file menu and name the file as your last name
followed by your first name (e.g. Gaken_Daniel.pdf). Email your
application to the Central Michigan University Leadership Institute at
cmulead@cmich.edu.
When we receive your application you will receive an email confirmation.
If your record of involvement
does not fit onto one file, feel free to submit additional files.
Please denote that the form is an addition in the name field.
To be considered for a 2008 Leader
Advancement Scholarship your application must
be submitted to Central Michigan University by January 31, 2009.
